Lori Greiner

Lori Greiner, born as Lori Husman, is an American professional and well-known TV celebrity, working as a Shark investor at the ABC Business Reality TV show, Shark Tank since 2009. In college, she was intrigued by the idea of making and selling custom jewelry. The idea of an organizer made of plastic popped into her, she displayed it to ladies on the streets to see their reactions. The product was patent-protected and then began to sell it online and off. She kept adding product. Her work has produced and sold over 1000 successful products and holds 120 US and International patents. The sharpness of her business sense allows her to determine in a flash whether a product has the potential to be "a she-too" as well. The result is that the vast majority of her items she sells are successful. As a strong advocate of "if you're lucky enough to make it and have the opportunity to be successful, it is your responsibility to do something for others" and also, she has made annually donations to a wide assortment of charitable causes.
