Sofia and Ann

Sofia Pernas was born in Morocco. She relocated to California as a child. She spent her childhood in Orange County. She graduated in 2015 from the University of California San Diego and got her first break in acting. Pernas was a popular actress who made small appearances in NCIS and Leverage before landing the part as Marisa on The Young and the Restless, was a familiar face on the soap show. Following her departure from the soap-opera in 2016 the actress scored another recurring part on Jane the Virgin as Catalina. The model, fluent in four different languages, has since appeared in The Brave and The Green Ghost as Hannah Rivera. She also was on the show Secret Society of Second Born Royals. Then, in Blood & Treasure, from 2019, until 2020 she played Lexi Vaziri. Us Weekly confirmed in May 2020 that Pernas is dating her ex- The Young and the Restless star Justin Hartley. This relationship started when Chrishell Stause and the This Is Us actress split in November of 2018.
